Speaker Bio

Ken Lee is product marketing director for service provider solutions at Dell EMC Infrastructure Solutions Group, and manages global product and solutions marketing activities focusing on solutions for service providers in the communications, cloud, managed/hosting and consumer webtech market segments.

Prior to joining Dell EMC in 2016, Ken served in marketing leadership roles at cloud service providers, as acting CMO with a platform-as-a-service start-up, and senior director of platform product marketing at ServiceNow. Previously, he led product marketing efforts for server virtualization, cloud platforms and NFV as senior director of product marketing of Cloud Platforms at Citrix Systems, and director of SDDC (software-defined data center) and NFV solutions marketing at VMware. Before VMware, Ken served as senior director of product marketing for telecom service delivery application platform (SDP) products at Oracle and BEA Systems, helping communication service providers develop and deploy converged next-generation network services using technologies based on SIP, IMS, SOA, and Java.

Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University, with graduate studies in management from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.
